Board-level Governance

We provide Board and Director support to a wide and international range of organisations - from small family companies through to major listed global PLCs. Our services includes active advisory on optimal structuring, strategic, governance, financial and compliance matters. We also provide highly experienced individuals to serve as Independent (Non-Executive) Directors on a range of Boards, and across a full spectrum of industries - including investment funds, consumer goods, retail, engineering and construction, mining and leisure. Our Directors also both Chair and serve on specialist Board Committees - including Risk, Audit, Remuneration and Nomination.

Leadership & Support

Baar-Templenoe personnel all have a minimum 20 years of practical senior management experience in business - for international companies, including main executive board service for global, blue-chip PLCs, but also for small local family organisations. We relish the challenge and opportunity to provide hands-on education and mentoring to CEOs and senior executives in the ‘real-world’ of international leadership and business management practices.

Crisis Management

We specialise in the swift provision of crisis analysis and proactive management support to companies for their key projects or business units. Often we are required to work internally for our Clients, embedded within their organisations in strictest confidentiality, to address key issues and problems. Our input is always focused towards achieving earliest delivery of the optimal outputs for our Clients best interests, respecting the need for absolute discretion in our input and support.
